All oven series are equipped with a quartz quick work chamber of cylindrical shape, closed with a conical cap which is mounted on a retractable spring-loaded panel doors. This design allows to achieve good thermal insulation of the internal volume of the chamber with the door closed. Axis guides with ball bearings provide smooth closing of the oven. During the operation the door of the oven is locked. The door with automatic opening / closing is offered as optional equipment. The oven is heated by twelve wire resistive elements of the alloy Kanthal ®, designed for temperatures up to 1450œC. Vacuum, which is smoothly supplied directly in the time of formation of the liquid phase removes almost completely the bubbles from the solder connections.
The system of pre-crimping devices in helium is a preliminary step before testing the tightness. Semi-automatic welding installation 53XX series is available in four configurations to perform different welding techniques. The traditional model 5310 (welding ball-wedge) and 5330 (welding wedge-wedge), supplemented by a universal model 53èè B-DA for welding by ball-wedge and wedge-wedge wire and ribbon in a deep well, and 5350 for welding thick wire and ribbon. Welding parameters can be stored in the form of a work program on the hard disk installation.
